Hi, I’m Kaitlin
I’ve seen it before. Small businesses caught between “this is how we’ve always done it” and “but I know it needs to evolve”. You know it needs to change, but don’t have the time or energy to execute it. You’re at the point of chaos, burnout, and an ache to provide your services without the administrative overwhelm. That’s where I come in.
I have been setting up businesses for operational success and business management for 5 years. I know firsthand what it takes to build systems that actually work- and what happens when those systems fall out of alignment. I was the person behind the scenes making sure patient care flowed easily, systems worked smoothly, staff was trained and nothing fell through the cracks. And I mean nothing!
I created The Aligned Rx because I saw too many talented health and wellness entrepreneurs drowning in operational chaos when what they really needed was someone who understood their world and could help them evolve.
My time as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and office manager taught me that great healthcare isn’t just about clinical expertise. It’s about having systems that support the clinicians- systems simple enough to follow, flexible enough to adapt, and strong enough to scale.
This lit a fire in me to strive for excellence and efficiency in everything I do. I am a big picture thinker who loves details. Present me with a problem and my brain immediately evaluates from several angles and determines the best course of action. It’s not like a Rain Man thing, but I think it’s pretty cool.
My love for small businesses goes back 20 years. My first job was in a small bakery- my boss is still a close family friend. In my downtime, you’ll find me baking, catching up on TV shows or tackling yet another home project with my husband. We also enjoy hiking, catching live music, wine tasting and doting on our perfect cat, Finn.

I left my 9-5 burnt out with no idea what I was going to do. I realized that I was tired of doing my best work for others’ dreams. It was time to work as hard as I had for my own dreams. And so Aligned Horizons was born. This allows me to continue using my talents to help you and your business while also being more available to my family.
I want to work with businesses whom I am Aligned with. I like holistic approaches to health. As a woman born with a helper’s heart, I want to help as many people as I can. It is not realistic for me to learn all of the ways to help people. But I can help you optimize your systems and maximize your efficiency so that you can help as many people as you can! How cool is that?!
